Our learning modules are suitable for new and experienced leaders who want to improve how they lead themselves and others across the organization. All utilize experiential, hands-on learning, and include action-planning so that takeaways are immediately applicable to the individual’s day-to-day leadership challenges. We offer dozens of topics based on the latest research and best practices in leadership. These modules can be used as stand-alone learning workshops, or combined into half-day, full-day or multi-day learning journeys, and can be facilitated by one of our many experienced facilitators.

Sample Learning Modules

Leadership 101: Provides immersive, experiential learning in the critical leadership competencies needed for long-term success for leaders at all levels. Topics include Leading Yourself: The Inner Game of High Performance Leadership, Leading Others: The Neuroscience of Effective Team Leadership, What’s Your Leadership Style?; From IC to Leader: Your Journey as a Leader of Others

Women Rising as Leaders: Addresses the unique needs of female leaders who work in male-dominant teams and industries; includes research and best practices on gender implications of leadership. Topics include: Leading as a Female in a Man’s World: Walking the Tightrope of Gender Bias; Executive Presence, Female Edition; Role Modeling Success Behaviors to Empower Other Women to Advance; Developing and Socializing a Powerful Personal Brand

Custom Topics: We work with clients to design and deliver customized, experiential, multimodal learning journeys, optimized for individual and organizational value. Designed Leader Journey

Co-created with a global technology company for leadership development program for 40 high potential leaders. Goals including supporting these leaders in their current roles as well as improved capabilities in specific leadership competencies so they would be ready for promotion to the next level of leadership.


One-on-One Coaching

Participants were paired with a professional executive coach for coaching focused on their development goals. 

Group Coaching

Leaders were also divided into smaller groups for facilitated peer coaching sessions; they discussed topics relevant to their level of development in the organization and gained insight from sharing perspectives and offering peer support.

Group Learning on Leadership

The entire group met for experiential learning and development sessions on specific leadership competencies, designed to provide immediate applicability to their roles.

Experiential Design Thinking Project

Small groups of peers also undertook a 3 month, virtual experiential learning program focused on solving real business challenges. Each team had a dedicated coach to facilitate individual and group development.

Custom and Non Custom Assessments

The program was supported by a semi-custom 360 feedback assessment, a leadership style profile, and a motivation assessment.

Measurement

Midpoint and ending surveys assessed program efficacy and behavior change.
